Meet Michaella Conteh, Founder of MYC Insurance Solutions

I started MYC because business owners deserve more than a policy and a renewal reminder. They deserve someone who takes the time to understand their business and help make insurance easier to navigate.
Since 2019, I’ve worked across insurance roles in underwriting, claims, quality assurance, and commercial account service. In my my previous role, I supported excess and wholesale middle-market and large commercial accounts, including renewals, new business, policy changes, and broker services. That experience has taught me to look closely at how a business operates, ask the right questions, and keep the details organized.
I hold the Commercial Underwriting Associate (AU) designation and a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI. At MYC, I bring that background to practical commercial insurance and business guidance, with a particular focus on trucking and construction.
